Health Checks

Health Checks

Regular health checks help identify early signs of any health issues in an individual. It is an opportunity for you and your GP to discuss ways you can keep yourself healthy.
When you have a health check, you will be asked about your medical history, your family’s history of disease and your lifestyle, including your diet, weight, physical activity, alcohol use and whether you smoke.
We do health checks for patients aged 45-49 years who are at risk of developing chronic disease, those over 75 and Veterans. We also do Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander health checks as well as Heart health checks.
